Clarity: Untangle what’s in your head
When to use: When your mind feels noisy, when you're stuck in decision mode, or when you just need to get it out.
What it’s for: Reflection, sorting thoughts, perspective, decision-making.
These prompts are like mental decluttering. They help you name what you’re feeling, sift through conflicting thoughts, and land on what really matters.

What are you avoiding right now? What would it take to face it gently?

Creation: Move forward with purpose
When to use: When you want to set goals, envision the future, or channel creative energy.
What it’s for: Manifestation, intention-setting, clarity around what you want next.
This category is rooted in possibility. The prompts aren’t about hustle—they’re about alignment. Where are you headed? What feels good? What’s one small step you could take?

Picture a day that feels just right? What does it look like, start to finish?
Fleck tip: Use a Creation prompt at the start of the month, season or week—or anytime you feel disconnected from your goals or rhythm.
Celebration: Remember the good
When to use: When you need a mood boost, a dose of gratitude, or just to notice something beautiful in the everyday.
What it’s for: Joy, gratitude, self-appreciation, perspective.
Celebration prompts help you zoom out and see what’s working. Whether it’s a big win or a quiet joy, these prompts bring your attention to what you’ve already done, achieved, or experienced.

What’s one amazing thing in your life right now that you didn't have a year ago?
Fleck tip: Pull one of these when you’re being hard on yourself. They’re also a lovely way to end the day.
Comfort: Soothe, release, exhale
When to use: When you’re overwhelmed, anxious, low, or just need some emotional release.
What it’s for: Emotional processing, grounding, stress relief, letting go.
These are the journal equivalent of a deep breath. Comfort prompts give you permission to feel what you’re feeling—and support you in working through it. Not fixing, just feeling.

Fleck tip: Keep these close during heavy seasons. Sometimes just writing something down lightens the load.
How to use the categories
There’s no rulebook. Some days you’ll want a surprise—so shuffle and pull one at random. Other days, you’ll know exactly what you need: a little clarity, a sense of direction, a place to land.
Here are a few ideas:
- Feeling scattered? Go for a Clarity or Comfort card.
- Feeling stuck? Try a Creation or Curiosity prompt.
- Feeling flat? Pull a Celebration card and write it like a note to yourself.
You don’t need to write for ages. You don’t need to answer “correctly.” You just need to be honest.
