To honour the guarantee, all we ask is that you give your Fleck pieces a genuine try. If they truly don’t resonate with you, reach out and we’ll organise your refund.

If your order arrives damaged or something feels off, please email us at hello@fleckjournals.com. Include your order number and a quick photo of the issue so we can make it right and get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.
