Orders placed before 1pm (AWST) will usually ship the same day. After 1pm? They’ll head out the next business day.

Standard shipping delivery times vary depending on where you are:
・WA metro: 2–4 business days
・Other metro areas: 3–7 business days
・Regional/rural areas: Please allow a little extra time

If you need to cancel your order, get in touch ASAP. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do what we can to cancel it.

As a small business starting out, we aren't currently offering refunds. However, if you are not happy with your product for any reason at all, please reach out and we'll do everything we can to fix the issue. Our top priority is happy customers who love their products!
