How to use the Fleck Deck
Fleck was intentionally designed to fit busy lives. There are no dates, no set pages to fill and no time requirements.
Simply:
- Pull a card. Choose intentionally, or suffle and see what lands
- Write freely. Lists, half-thoughts, feelings, or a single word. All of it counts. Just avoid editing or second-guessing yourself.
- Come back to it. Morning, evening, or whenever you feel the noise building.

For when you're running on empty. Permission to feel what you're feeling without fixing anything.
Example prompt: What's one way you could live a little slower this week?
celebration
For when you need to remember what's actually working.
Example prompt: What's one amazing thing in your life right now that you didn't have a year ago?
curiosity
For when you've lost the thread of yourself. Who you are, what you want, what you've stopped asking.
Example prompt: Which people, places or activities make you feel most you?
clarity
For when your head won't stop. It's mental decluttering. Name what you're feeling, let go of what you don't need.
Example prompt: What are you avoiding right now? What would it take to face it gently?
creation
For when you're ready to move forward. Where you're headed, what you want, what's one small step.
Example prompt: Picture a day that feels just right. What does it look like, start to finish?
