Journaling isn’t just a wellness trend—it can be a lifeline. In seasons of stress, overwhelm, or change, writing offers a way to process what’s going on inside, even when everything outside feels like too much. But when you’re exhausted or time-poor, knowing where to start can feel impossible.

A bit about me

I’m Anna—mum, writer, editor, lifelong journaler, and founder of Fleck.

After having my second baby, my world got loud. My daughter didn’t sleep for more than an hour at a time, and life became a blur of sleepless nights, toddler chaos, and a mind that wouldn’t stop racing. The things I used to rely on to feel like me slipped through the cracks.

Eventually, I discovered journal prompts. It wasn’t much, but it felt almost like a form of therapy. A few minutes of writing gave me something back: perspective, calm, sometimes even clarity.

Today, Fleck is built around the belief that journaling can be as grounding as breathwork, as accessible as a walk, and as healing as a deep conversation—with yourself.
