How to use it
Print it, or save it. Use a notebook or a file on your computer. Whatever works for you.
Work your way through the 15 pages, don't rush it but also don't get too caught up in making your answers perfect or ensuring you've remembered every tiny detail.
If you want to break it up and do it over multiple sessions, I like reflecting on 2026 in one session and then sitting with that for a day or two before setting intentions for the next year.
Come January, answer the four questions for the start of the quarter (on the final page, The Quarterly)
Put a reminder in your calendar for the end of each quarter to check back in and plan for the next three months, or just keep an eye out for the email reminder.
